At the initial consultation of the dental therapist there the history taking and medical examination are conducted. The patient afterwards is then directed for the consultation to the doctors of other specialties (parodontists, surgeon- stomatologist, orthodontist, orthopaedist- stomatologist). The initial and secondary root canal treatment of any degree of complexity under the control of RVG- diagnostics. The durable positive effect of endodontic treatment comprises three major stages:

1. The instrumental canal processing of the high quality;

2. The elaborate and intensive medicament processing of the root canal;

3. The root canal filling (obturation) of the high quality.

For the processing in the canal there are such technologies as the endoinstruments for the human processing and also machine processing of canals with the special device made by the manufacturer «Dentsplay» applied. This device called «Technika Vision» is used with the purpose to facilitate the evacuation of the infected masses from the root canal and prevent the complications and aftereffects from occurring at the accidental pushing of the canal contents over the root canal orifice. Besides, the canal processing with the help of the special handpiece and not manually and therefore, it helps to form the more appropriate and regular shape and it contributes a lot to the closer canal filling.

Apart from all the above mentioned technological advantages we also use the ultrasonic apparatus for the purposes of endodontia. The indicated usage facilitates the fast-moving canal purification of the high quality even in the microbranches, and also broadening and forming of the more regular and appropriate form of the root canal. For the purposes of the canal filling different pastes and gutta-percha points are being applied.

For the most part of cases the canal filling is carried out in two ways:

1.The first approach comprises in the cold condensing of gutta-percha;

2. The second approach is the so-called “vertical” condensing of the “warmed-up” gutta-percha with the usage of the apparatus under the name «System B».
